As Senior Customer Success Manager Saas, you’ll

  • Onboard, manage and expand a wide portfolio of Venture Capital and Corporate clients.

  • Achieve positive net-revenue retention. Utilize your commercial experience to handle contract renewals, as well as up-, cross-, and keep selling.

  • Actively focus on CSM projects like scalability, customer journey improvements, account mapping, renewal flows, churn prediction and other initiatives.

  • Onboard clients and support them in best utilizing our application and API to increase the engagement and value they get from the product and our data.

  • Ensure we remain highly visible within our clients to obtain a strong land & expand strategy.

You’ll join the Dealroom crew that nurtures worldwide startup innovation ecosystems! We are scaling frantically, so this role is the perfect launchpad for your further career - evolve in tandem with Dealroom! You accelerate the adoption of our proposition by identifying leads with customers ranging from corporates to startups and VC's to consultancy firms. A ‘win-win proposition because each customer you onboard benefits from these ecosystems and, in turn, strengthens that community. 

Job requirements

  • You combine a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of working experience in a Customer Success Role at a SaaS company (must).

  • You are an expert in CSM processes, tactics and best (scaling) practices. You aren’t afraid to utilise your expertise to formulate concrete advice to the team and the broader company.

  • You really love helping customers and making sure their needs are met, have a passion for tech and know your way in a CRM (HubSpot is our favorite).

  • Your negotiation and communication skills could make you president one day. But Dealroom was just above that on your bucket list ;).

  • Nobody needs to hold your hand, you got this.

  • You can work in Europe and are fluent in English. Additional language skills are welkom/wilkommen/bienvenidos/kyaosopartaal.

  • We’re not afraid of working remotely, but the doors of our Amsterdam office are wide open. And don’t forget our quarterly conferences and retreats!
