The rapid growth of requires a dedicated and ambitious Senior CRM Marketer to serve as the single point of truth and expertise in the Hubspot CRM and all sales and marketing automation. As part of the Marketing team, you will be in charge of developing, implementing, and coordinating all the lead nurturing efforts across all of the teams that Marketing serves. You will do so by becoming the company expert at identifying how to optimize complex CRM solutions for efficient marketing to new and existing customers. You will gather input and information by collaborating closely with colleagues in the Sales, Marketing, and Intelligence Unit, allowing you to operate structured, unified, and measurable point solutions. This will primarily serve the interests of our customers and prospects, ultimately also benefiting our sales funnel as a whole. Last, but not least, you will actively contribute to increasing our sales through thoughtful analysis of buying trends and customer behavior using relevant internal toolings on a regular basis.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As a Senior CRM Marketer, you will:

  • Concept, coordinate, create and operate all lead nurturing activities across all the teams that Marketing serves

  • Become the company expert at optimizing complex CRM programs to constantly improve market efficiency

  • Analyze marketing reports and client behavior to identify and influence buying trends

  • Work with our Ops team and BI professionals to Interpret analytics and research into usable insights to inform strategic communication planning, support decision making, and drive sales

  • Coordinate efforts and requests from various departments to unify and structure point solutions

  • Be deeply involved in the marketing and sales content and processes to gain a thorough understanding of our customer landscape and learn their behaviors to achieve dynamically scalable revenue growth

  • Contribute to improving our internal processes and documentation, and implement new and creative CRM processes with a focus on growth and scalability

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar role, ideally both in a corporate and startup environment

  • Experienced with rapidly scaling integrated sales marketing activities

  • Excellent data analytics and problem-solving skills, with a constant eye for detail

  • Capable of prioritizing, multitasking, as well as working under pressure and with tight deadlines

  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach and a champion for data-driven decision making

  • Able to balance solo- and teamwork

  • Previous experience working in tech, startups, venture capital, and innovation is a strong plus

  • Passionate about technology, startups, and venture capital markets.

  • Passionate about best practices, data-based content production, and optimization.

  • Comfortable with working in a dynamic, multicultural, remote, and tech-oriented startup work environment

  • Fluent in English. Any additional European language is a great advantage
