As a People & Culture Operations, you’ll:
Work in a fast-paced and international work environment. With our 30 nationalities, entering the office can feel like a backpack trip around the world, without the hassle of taking planes and buses, but with the benefits of many cultures, cuisines, and languages. As our People & Culture Operations you are the go-to person for all colleagues with People & Culture Operations related questions about contracts, salary, visas and much more. With your positive and open vibe, you will help them find their way, both in the Netherlands and within Dealroom. With you on the team, all of our People processes and administration run smoothly. Besides the admin-side, you will also recruit our interns and give new employees a royal onboarding - or at least a welcoming one ;). We will be extra happy if you are precise, structured and a strong coordinator that keeps an overview, and sees deadlines and priorities before they become too urgent. You will also coordinate our quarterly events where all Dealroomers come together, including those who work remotely #bigparty. Set our teams in motion with your energy and enthusiasm; don't wait, but seek!
Get in touch if you:
Studied something similar to HR, Psychology or Business Administration
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in People Operations including knowledge about the Dutch labor law and the ability to execute daily operations to assist P&C (e.g. onboarding, off-boarding, visa, contract laws, Dutch and abroad Payroll)
Have the know-how and open character to act as the go-to person regarding policies and procedures
Have an understanding on how to evolve People & Culture processes and keep our culture while we scale and grow internationally
Bonus Points: experience with recruiting Talent and experience with the tools we use: BambooHR, Small Improvements
Would like to work full time and at least 3 days at the office, together with our compact People & Culture team
Have a passion for technology, startups and venture capital markets
Are comfortable with working in a multicultural, remote and fast-growing startup work environment
Fluent in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a great advantage.
