As part of the revenue organization, the Partner & Ecosystems Manager’s main objective is to onboard, develop, and engage our partners. Identifying new partnering opportunities, generating a solid pipeline and open ecosystems in new tech hubs will have your primary focus. Whilst internally interacting with sales, product and data in an effort to scale our offer and organization. In addition, you’ll act as the main point of contact towards extraordinary customers with whom we develop research reports or engage in new strategic opportunities. This role requires a project management, business development, and consultancy mindset.

Job requirements

The Partner & Ecosystems Manager will:

  • Act as the hands-on single point of contact towards high-value Ecosystem and Partners
  • Become a trusted advisor for Partners & Ecosystems
  • Act as a leader in onboarding of ecosystem go-live projects; liaise between Sales, Product/Development, Research and Marketing to achieve these
  • Keep Partners & Ecosystems up to date with new product updates and features
  • Drive and deliver tender responses, attaining new Partners & Ecosystems globally
  • Liaise with internal teams to share partner feedback, insights and create revenue opportunities
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration, together with Data and Research
  • Establish a regular cadence with your managed partners, including conducting a quarterly business review, value-add reporting, and other engagement strategies
  • Work with Partners & Ecosystems to develop a plan driving value, engagement and business growth

Who you are / Background

  • 2 to 5-years of hands-on sales, Client Success or Project Management experience, focussing on enterprise clients within a B2B SaaS company
  • Experienced in solution-selling into data-science, analytics, innovation or business development stakeholders
  • You have a passion for technology, startups and venture capital markets.
  • Comfortable with working in a multicultural and fast-growing start-up work environment
  • You genuinely believe in building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, detailed, ability to prioritise, proactive and ambitious
  • EU citizenship or already in the possession of a Dutch working permit
  • Fluent in English. Any additional European language is a big advantage
