Among our clients are world-leading strategy consulting firms, technology corporates, venture capital firms and government agencies such as, Mckinsey, Deloitte, Google, Microsoft, Sony and many others that rely on Dealroom on a daily basis.

We are currently looking for a Junior Business Development manager. Your responsibility will be to identify potential clients and engage with them to understand their needs and guide them to bring their data to the next level with Dealroom.


  • Qualifying inbound leads 
  • Actively searching for new clients within our target markets
  • Providing outstanding product demonstrations
  • Quote and contract handling
  • Detailed CRM reporting of all developments, actions and contacts to ensure an effective handover to customer success
  • Closely working together with colleagues in R&D, customer success and marketing to uncover customer needs and define actions to serve our potential customers even better
  • Represent Dealroom at industry events throughout Europe

Job requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of new-business sales experience within a B2B SaaS company

  • Masters Degree or equivalent 

  • Experience with handling a high volume of leads on a daily basis

  • Self-motivated, detailed, ability to prioritize, proactive and ambitious 

  • Ability to work within a multicultural and fast-paced work environment

  • Keen interest in our field of expertise: startups, venture capital and ecosystems

  • EU citizenship or already in the possession of a Dutch working permit

  • Fluent in English. Any additional European language is a big advantage

  • Experience using a CRM, ideally Pipedrive
  • Experience with clients in Venture Capital, Consulting, Technology Corporations or Government agencies is a big advantage
