The rapid growth of requires an experienced Growth Marketer/Hacker to scale and further build upon the existing digital marketing efforts to drive commercial success.

As a member of the commercial team, the Growth Marketer will drive, develop and execute initiatives to create awareness for Dealroom’s products and research reports - with the ultimate goal of generating qualified leads to fuel the sales pipeline. Together with sales representatives, client success management, the development-team and the research team; the Growth Marketer will scale our marketing efforts.

This is a key position in shaping the growth-path of our company. In this role, you’ll be part of the driving force behind a growth strategy that transforms Dealroom’s digital footprint, focussed on our core clients. You’ll work to create an engaging online relationship with current and future customers as well as existing and potential partners, developing our website and social channels into an inbound sales engine.

Job description.

The Growth Marketer will:

  • Develop, execute and refine a game-changing growth strategy
  • Establish marketing tactics and identify opportunities to expand Dealroom’s digital reach
  • Take the reigns of our paid media budget and performance against targets
  • Mastermind and execute creative acquisition campaigns across multiple paid and organic channels, suiting our tone of voice, audience, and vision
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial and content teams to develop user journeys for these campaigns including targeted creative, propositions and landing pages
  • Integrate company campaigns with CRM-journeys to drive customer retention
  • Creatively integrating brand building and content into your acquisition strategy
  • Continuously optimize the performance of campaigns, and sharing your knowledge across the business

Job requirements

  • A Master Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems Management or Computer Science; or, equivalent work experience in a data-driven business
  • Up to 7 years’ experience with lead generation, account-based marketing tools, and processes. Preferably within a high-growth, SME and/or B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on digital skills including paid social and PPC experience
  • Data literacy and enthusiasm for data-analytics that helps drive company growth. Comfortable with large datasets spread over different platforms, analytics tools and databases
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights and to inform campaign strategy and product development. Experience in market research is a plus.
  • Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams
  • A finger on the pulse of all the latest trends in digital and technology
  • A broader awareness of brands with a passion for understanding the customer experience
  • A questioning mind with a thirst for knowledge and passion for problem-solving
