The rapid growth of Dealroom.co requires an experienced Growth Marketer to scale and further build upon the existing marketing efforts driving sales successes. A key position in shaping the growth-path of our company.
As a member of the commercial team, the Growth Marketer will drive, develop and execute initiatives to create awareness for Dealroom’s products and research reports - with the ultimate goal of generating qualified leads to fuel the sales pipeline. You’ll be overall responsible for managing our marketing activities, further shaping our design and brand, and aligning marketing and sales activities to improve overall conversion and retention. Together with sales representatives, client success management, the development-team and the research team; the Growth Marketer will scale our marketing efforts.

The Growth Marketer will:
Structure, automate and further improve on our wide range of content outreach campaigns, to drive MQLs and engagement
Manage different marketing channels from beginning to end (strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, analysis and optimization)
Implement a strong CRM strategy, integrating sales marketing tools to maximise value from these.
Run experiments and analyze data to find the perfect messaging, timing and audiences - to hit our ambitious weekly marketing qualified leads.
Further develop the Dealroom brand together with our UX/UI designer, create and apply a consistent style across our research reports, marketing assets, website and application.
Drive research reports, aiming to get as many (relevant) eyes as possible on the content our team produces. Spread through newsletters, social media and advertising, often in combination with partners and sponsors.
Work closely with our development team to continuously improve the search engine rankings and indexation of our SPA (single page application).

Depending on the candidate this position is 32-40 hours per week
Who you are / Background
A Master Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems Management or Computer Science; or, equivalent work experience in a data driven business
Up to 7 years’ experience with lead generation, account-based marketing tools and processes, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
The creative and proactive “growth hacking” mindset.
You have a passion for technology, startups and venture capital markets.
Experience with (organic and paid) content marketing, across channels.
An eye for design and strong attention to detail when it comes to user interfaces and marketing assets.
You demonstrate superior interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills to multiple levels of the organization.
Strong and up-to-date knowledge of marketing and sales tools, integrations between these and implementations of tracking tags / pixels.
Comfortable with working in a multicultural and fast growing start-up environment, including fluency in English.
