Ecosystem Community Manager

The rapid growth of Dealroom.co requires a diligent and hungry Ecosystem Community Manager to help us build out the community for Dealroom Ecosystem and Government network. By building a community of leading tech hubs, driving user engagement, optimising our service level performance, and supporting our day-to-day users, you will be in constant interaction with our community with the aim of ensuring a maximum level of customer satisfaction.
The Ecosystems team’s mission is to map startup ecosystems for governments, and public-private agencies committed to accelerating and fostering the growth of their local ecosystems. Providing them with data, insights, and visibility for their local ecosystems. Some of the current groups we support include Tech Nation, Start Alberta, Invest Atlanta, La French Tech, LaunchVic, and many leading hubs around the globe. We are now ready for the next phase.
You have a passion for anything related to tech startups and venture capital and would like to become one of Dealroom’s trusted subject matter experts. This not only includes knowing the Dealroom products inside-out but also staying up-to-date on industry news to truly understand the requests our clients have.
As part of the Ecosystem team, you will have the responsibility to build and execute a strategy to facilitate and interact with our community and users, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Development in this effort.

Your tasks and responsibilities
As a Community Manager in the Ecosystem team, you will:
- Co-develop and implement creative methods of engaging and connecting Ecosystem members locally and globally, in person and through online networks, to enhance their collaboration opportunities
Develop a strategy for our online communities (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube)
Design a well-managed and refined roadmap to implement this strategy
Analyse different needs of the communities and communicate them internally
Engage current community members by replying to their queries and playing an active role in our social medias
Develop, nurture and grow a cohesive community to increase member satisfaction and generate business development opportunities

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or similar field of study
3+ years experience in a SaaS startup, or related role
Excellent writing skills and storytelling abilities
Community builder and able to interact with multiple stakeholders
You understand how to effectively utilize social media, events, and content distribution channels to reach more people
You genuinely believe in building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relationships
Attentive to detail and eye for quality and consistency
Able to be hands on while also planning for future growth simultaneously
You have a passion for technology, startups and venture capital markets.
Comfortable with working in a multicultural, remote and fast-growing startup work environment
Fluent in English. Any additional European language is a great advantage
