About you

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to further develop our Customer Success initiatives. Working from our office in Amsterdam, you will drive our Customer Success activities to the next level.

You will be overall responsible for managing the relationships within our growing customer base, driving user adoption, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and managing contract renewals.


Your Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success initiatives for our rapidly expanding customer base

  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer relationships with an emphasis on educating, nurturing and growing revenue(up-selling, deep-selling & cross-selling)

  • Develop a complete, continuous and comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business and initiatives to effectively advise how Dealroom can help with this

  • Work closely with all internal team to ensure that customer expectations are met at all times, customer feedback is embedded, follow up on opportunities and enhance the use of Dealroom services at our customers

  • Develop, execute and monitor a customer strategy plan that can be used across the entire customer base

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar Customer Success role within a SaaS company

  • Experience with account planning and prioritization

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively within a rapidly growing customer base

  • Understanding of SaaS Customer Success methodologies and processes

  • Degree wain Business, Marketing or similar field of study

  • EU citizenship or already in possession of a Dutch working permit

  • Fluent in English and ideally another European language

Other skills we are looking for

  • Passion for technology, startups and venture capital markets and genuinely interested in learning about the venture capital market or similar field

  • A commercial mindset

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM (ideally Pipedrive)

  • Outgoing and loves to talk to people.

  • Fluent in English and ideally another European language
